Before sending us a request, please check to see if the item is considered contraband in your country. If you requested an item before first checking and we bought it, we will not send it if we find out that it is in fact considered contraband. We will condemn any such items if they can not be shipped. So please be careful when you order an item.
If you have a problem with your package, and if you had it insured, you can claim for it on the insurance. But please note that you must claim for it yourself, we cannot make a claim for it ourselves.
We are responsible for your item up until it is shipped. After your item is shipped, we assume no responsibility for any damages resulting.
Likewise, if for some reason the customs department of your country expropriates your item we cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting.

Since we have no way of knowing if and what your country will tax for any given item, you will be responsible for paying any duty taxes.
If your post office sends your package back to us for any reason, we will hold your package for up to 14 days. After 14 days We will condemn your package. You will be responsible for telling us when you would like us to send the package again. You will also be responsible for paying us an additional handling fee and the original shipping cost.
Please note that when we receive electronic items new or used, we will not check for proper functionality. Please be forewarned that making a claim or return for inoperable items may be difficult. We are sorry for any incovenience this may cause.
We are in no way responsible for any damaged goods that you may receive. We are responsible only up until the shipment of your item, and are not responsible for any defective, damaged, or broken items thay you may have to claim. You will be responsible for performing those actions yourself.
Once you have paid us and we have bought your item, you can not cancel your order.
We will not purchase and send any of the following items:
Sexual goods, backstreet goods, illegal goods, frozen foods, raw foods.
If you are not sure your product falls within any of these categories, please don't hestitate to ask.
Our services are "Transfer service/ Clearing corporation" only. There are times when a seller may cancel or delay a shipment, we have no control over this and will not be held responsible for it. Please be forewarned. However, in the event that this happens, we will refund all of your money excluding any appropriated service fees. If something happened to an item, we will let you know immediately.
